Description

Benzyl Propionate is a colourless liquid. Fruity sweet odour , overall Jasmine type , less sharp fruiter than benzyl acetate.

Application

Extensively used in Perfumery. Modifier for to benzyl acetate in Jasmine and lesser degree in rose composition. Used in oriental fragrances . Also used in flavour for imitation of Apple , Banana Grape etc.
