What is Herbal Cigarettes / Bidis ? These are Herbal Cigarettes/ Bidis. Bidis ae Indian Traditional handmade item which are like Cigarettes. These Bidis do not content any Tobacco hence these are FREE from Nicotine , Tar and other chemicals. Herbal Bidis are excellent mixture of many different and rare Herbs blended in right proportion , wrapped in a dry Leaf known as TENDU LEAF. These Tendu Leaf acts as natural filter. These Tendu Leaves are cut to sizes ,tied up with thin thread at narrow end.These Bidis are roasted in an oven to remove moisture. |

| At first , garnering of raw material , different Herbs are blended as per desire proportion , then dry Tendu Leaves are selected and cut to uniform size. As usual, blending remains as a trade secret of the manufacturer. Experience skilled workers with his or her fingers just roll the Bidis at one stroke. Flat & narrow at the smoking end and round at the light end. | |||||||||||||

After desire roasting from oven, Bidis become dry & stiff , then are tied up at the flat & narrow end with thin coloured thread. Thus Bidis are manufactured skillfully & carefully. After this ,20/25 Bidis are neatly wrapped in paper in conical form to make Bundle (Pack ) or in Cigarette Pack and such 10 Bundles/ Cigarette Packs are packed in paper wrapper or in Duplex Caron to make a Packet. Quality Control A careful quality control is carried out at different stages throughout the manufacturing. |
